These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our professional carpet and upholstery cleaning services (the "Services"). By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the service.


1. Services Provided

Cleanup Man Services specializes in:

The exact scope of work will be confirmed in your service agreement or booking confirmation.


2. Booking & Payment

Booking:

Services must be scheduled in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Payment:

Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit, Venmo, PayPal, etc. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

Cancellations made less than [24/48] hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.


3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results:

Clear the work area of furniture, fragile items, and personal belongings before our arrival. Inform us of any special requirements, stains, or prior treatments. Ensure safe and accessible working conditions for our team.


4. Service Limitations

Stain Removal: While we strive to remove all stains, some may be permanent due to age, material, or prior damage. Colorfastness: We test for colorfastness, but we are not responsible for dye bleeding or fabric damage caused by pre-existing conditions.Furniture Moving:We do not move heavy furniture (e.g., pianos, large cabinets) unless previously agreed upon.


5. Liability & Damages

We take utmost care but are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear to carpets/upholstery. Issues arising from improper prior cleaning attempts. Hidden defects in flooring or furniture. Claims for damages must be reported within[24/48] hours of service completion.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the results, notify us within

for a re-service evaluation (subject to inspection).


7. Prohibited Items & Conditions

We do not clean:

Carpets or upholstery contaminated with hazardous waste (e.g., blood, chemicals, mold). Items with severe structural damage that may worsen during cleaning.
